The Administrative Associate provides support to the Executive Director and the Leadership Team, as well as Pacifica Housing’s Board of Directors. The position also works closely with the Human Resources Coordinator and Administration to assist with human resource management.
Position’s Primary Objectives:
Participates as a key member of the administrative team to:
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and the Leadership Team;
- Support the Board of Directors by performing a variety of administrative functions;
- Coordinating the IT requirements of the organization; and
- Coordinating and overseeing a variety of other administrative roles as required.
