Pacifica Housing offers affordable rental housing for people who have a low-to-moderate income, but may not be eligible for subsidized housing. Your total household income must fall below the median income figures as determined by BC Housing.
Applicants for Affordable units can apply directly to Pacifica Housing by completing the Low End of Market (LEM) Housing Application form below. An applicant must fall within the income levels as outlined in the application form directly below. Completed applications can be emailed or delivered directly to Pacifica Housing by following the instructions on the application form.
LEM & Market Rental ApplicationTo be eligible for subsidized housing, an applicant’s gross household income must be below certain income limits, as established by the Housing Income Limits (HILs). HILs are set by BC Housing and represent the income required to pay the average market rent for an appropriately sized unit in the private market.

By completing the above Housing Registry Application, you will have an opportunity for subsidized housing locations throughout BC. Pacifica Housing properties are included in this housing directory, along with more subsidized housing options that are available from other non-profit societies and organizations.
Individuals who are 19+ and wish to be considered for supportive housing must submit an application to the BC Housing Supportive Housing Registration Service. You only need to apply once.
