If you could choose to leave any legacy for your community, what would that be?By remembering Pacifica Housing Advisory Association in your will, your generous gift will make a significant and lasting contribution to permanent safe and affordable housing in our community for generations to come. A planned gift can make a legacy of better lives, health and stability become a reality and your personal legacy of caring and compassion will turn houses into homes for those who need it most. We realize that considering a planned gift is an emotional experience; we want you to feel confident that you are making the right choice; a choice that fits in with your values. We encourage you to consult with your legal or financial advisor to ensure your financial goals and requirements are considered.
A specific gift amount is a designated cash amount or property which is distributed by the executor prior to other bequests.
Property such as real estate, collections and securities may be given through your estate. These must be specifically named.
A residual gift is all, or a percentage, of your estate that remains after the taxes and administrative and legal expenses are paid, and your heirs have received their specific gifts or proportion. If you would like to designate your gift in a more specific way, please have your legal advisor contact us. We are more than happy to work with you and your legal advisor to ensure that the intended purpose of your gift is clearly stated in your will.

Gifts in-kind are gifts in the form of items, products and services that help further the mission of Pacifica Housing. New or gently used items that support new residents to our housing programs, such as linens, furniture, kitchen and bedroom items may be needed from time-to-time.

Third party events (community-based and virtual) are welcomed where the event is being held to raise funds to be donated to the Society and where the event is carried out in a manner that respects and adheres to the fundamental principles and mission of Pacifica Housing.

o Corporate sponsorship support creates a mutually valuable partnership between a business and Pacifica Housing and our programs. We welcome working with businesses to develop a variety of marketing benefits that will position the organization’s brand with a positive message with their target audience. Interested businesses/organizations that wish to sponsor an event or specific Pacifica Housing program will be provided with the tools to support this mutually beneficial partnership.
