New Developments

Johnson Street Fire Hall

The Johnson St. Fire Hall project is a very special and unique building, and nothing like it has ever been envisioned or developed in the history of Victoria.

The bottom portion of the building will house the new City of Victoria Fire Department, and a floor of commercial offices. The building is being built to “Life Line” status; in the event of a cataclysmic disaster in the city, emergency services will not only survive, but will also be functional to provide community support. Built with concrete and reinforced steel, the new building is able to withstand a level 9 earthquake.

Burnside School Site
Pacifica is proposing a new affordable housing development in Victoria’s Burnside Gorge neighbourhood. The project will focus on meeting needs of moderate income families pressed by high costs and low vacancy rates in the capital.

An innovative partnership with the city, the school district and BC Housing will see improvements to green space, revitalization of a heritage school, and expanded day care services in an emerging urban village.
