This program serves individuals by providing a range of community landlord liaison services to create and maintain relationships with private-market landlords. This includes supporting all phases of the tenancy, from viewings, to helping clients build skills to successfully maintain their housing and preventing/resolve disputes. The Landlord Liaison approach supports all other outreach initiatives as needed.
