Property Info: Uplands Walk is Pacifica Housing’s first 45 years of age + supportive housing building and the second purpose built supportive housing building the society has designed and constructed.

Description: 24/7 on-site staff, purpose built supportive housing building that includes common areas, a purpose-built community kitchen, TV lounge, shared laundry, and access to desktop computers. Uplands Walk houses 34 previously homeless individuals who face multiple barriers to accessing and retaining housing in the private market and who are also dealing with issues related to aging.
How To Apply for Supportive Housing
Individuals who are 19+ and wish to be considered for supportive housing must submit an application to the BC Housing Supportive Housing Registration Service. You only need to apply once.
