Supportive Housing

Supportive Housing

Pacifica Housing owns/and or operates over 250 units of supportive housing in Victoria and Nanaimo for individuals who are chronically homeless, experience street or shelter homelessness, or who are at risk of becoming homeless. Often, our supportive housing residents are impacted by mental health and substance use disorders. Staff provide non-medical case planning and referrals and offer a variety of life skill-building programming to help individuals achieve positive housing outcomes.

Pacifica Housing is a member of the Coordinated Access and Assessment Committee (CAA) for the Capital Regional District. The CAA is the provincial coordinated process for streamlined access to available supportive housing and rent supplements

To apply for supportive housing, you must submit an application to the BC Housing Supportive Housing Registration Service. You only need to apply once.
